 Introduction to Wicca and Witchcraft. Modern Pagan Witchcraft, often known as Wicca, is a dynamic balance of worship and magic. Emerging from the Western Esoteric Tradition in the middle of the twentieth century, the Craft roots itself firmly in the sacredness of the natural world. Ian Phanes has been a Witch since 1987.
